> Simple 3 step structure
Oh us humans do love to complicate things and I know so many women
who so desire to journal but their excuse is, “What do I do!?” or
“Where do I start!?”.
The truth is, journalling is simple! And, there is literally no
right or wrong. You are choosing to spend quality time just with
you – your mind, feelings and soul – and that’s enough. It’s more
than enough! It’s a wonderful step to more deeply knowing and
That said, if you like a system and some structure, then this is my
go-to, super simple strategy:
STEP 1: Brain dump. Write down to-do
lists, thoughts, mental chatter, emotions etc. Get it all out of
your head – it’s blocking energy which makes you resistant to
receiving guidance and inspiration. If you want more energy and to
feel more alive, you have got to unblock that precious mind of
STEP 2: Gratitude. Write at least 10
gratitudes. Connect with your appreciation for all that you have.
This moves you from lack and scarcity into abundance and limitless
possibility. If you desire to receive more then an attitude of
gratitude will open you right up!
STEP 3: Ask a Question. This is where it
gets juicy! Direct a question to your Spirit and see what flows!
You can ask anything – whatever is on your heart. The first step to
calling in anything that you desire is to ask. Your Spirit has your
answers. There is a wise, loving and powerful voice within you that
intuitively knows what the next right move is for you. By
uncluttering your mind with the brain dump and then connecting with
your heart through gratitude you are a clear channel to receive the
guidance that I know you deeply desire. Allow that pen to F L O W
Remember, self-love is self responsibility. Love yourself enough to
release your mind, connect to your heart and listen to the
whisperings of your soul.
